Founding partner and CEO of SHIFT, LLC, DbD Solutions, Inc. & DbD Construction, LLC. The concept of “Sustainable Housing Innovations For Tomorrow” comes from her more than 20 years of experience in Development, Construction, Design and Consulting, and her passion for wanting to see a better and more healthy construction, design, and real estate sales process. Kristen began her career in Construction and Design even before attending the University of Georgia, assisting an established Designer in Atlanta with residential interiors, remodels and showcase homes.

The concept of “Sustainable Housing Innovations For Today” comes from more than 25 years of experience in Development, Construction, Design and Consulting, and the developer's passion for wanting to see a better and more healthy construction, design, and real estate sales process.
With a strong passion for sustainability, and love of the environment, the founders of SHIFT have spent years modeling a “one stop shop” for their clients. Their highly skilled design and construction teams are prepared to work outside the box pairing creative and innovative design with energy-efficient building systems. Today, SHIFT offers their commercial and residential clients, turn-key “smart and creative” solutions for model homes, restaurants, hotels, resorts, rental developments, and single family residences.
